Lorig Real Estate Development & Management Services selected Davis Design to develop branding and marketing materials for Rainier Place, Edmonds Community College's new student housing building.
Scope: Develop logo, letterhead, folder, tri-fold brochure, postcard, signage, website
Objective: Lorig came to Davis Design for a hip yet sophisticated brand to promote on-campus student living. Designs needed to appeal to a young, diverse student population while at the same time instilling a sense of confidence, security and trust in their parents.
Solution: Working with minimal photography and only illustrations of the building, Davis Design used color, shapes and graphic elements to bring personality to the piece. Throughout the materials, the bold blue and green colors reflect high energy, fun and approachability, while the brown is associated with hearth, home and stability.
